The group was promoted by MR G S Sarna, who is an Engineer by Profession, with a background of over 30 years of industrial experience, and by now has wide exposure to manufacturing operations of an engineering unit, encompassing shop floor management, equipment selection, tool design, fabrication and maintenance, production planning & control, industrial relations etc. His experience is standing him in good stead in managing the affairs of the unit. His expertise is ably supported by the efforts of MR P J SARNA, in all commercial related functions of the unit, including Financial, Materials, Marketing and General Management activities of the group. At a time, when, in the wake of promotion of economic liberalization & globalization and the consequent rapidly changing conditions, we are also spreading our wings in the International Market. We are sanguine that we have gained requisite experience, skill & perfection to achieve still higher levels of operations. The group enjoys sound financial health and excellent relationship & credit rating with its bankers. The operations at the work are being handled by qualified and experienced personnel, in their respective fields. Because of long association of most of our staff and workforce with the promoters, and their personalized handling of all personnel matters, having direct bearing on the employees, we enjoy excellent industrial relations in the unit.
